About the Project
StormChat is a next-generation customer support and engagement platform combining live agents with AI-powered automation. Rayabhari Tech built the AI core — including intent recognition, smart routing, automated resolution, and real-time agent assist features.
Customer support teams were overwhelmed with repetitive queries, lacked intelligent triaging, and had no way to leverage historical conversation data for continuous improvement.
