By accessing or using the services of Rayabhari Tech Pvt Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.

Rayabhari Tech provides AI-powered solutions, enterprise applications, consulting services, and technology services as described on our website. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable prior notice.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You agree not to violate applicable laws; infringe intellectual property rights; transmit malicious code; gain unauthorised access to our systems; interfere with service operation; or impersonate any person or entity.

All content, features, and functionality — including text, graphics, logos, software, and proprietary AI models — are the exclusive property of Rayabhari Tech Pvt Ltd, protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for their project. Rayabhari Tech retains ownership of pre-existing materials, tools, frameworks, methodologies, and proprietary AI models used in delivering services.

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Late payments may result in service suspension. Prices are subject to change with 30-day prior notice. Disputed invoices must be raised within 14 days of receipt.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the business relationship, including strategies, technical specifications, client data, and financial information. This obligation survives termination of any service agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rayabhari Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues resulting from use of our services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India.
